Hold her, love her, most importantly believe her and trust her every word. Do a lot of physical bodywork. Like massages, yoga, and Walt Longmire. So change the diet. Believe me. So she will shoot back. One needs to have the will to do all those things. Not always possible with deep depression. Have depressed since age. But have tried umpteen meds and therapists to no avail.
