I actually don’t think the Once a nurse always a nurse no matter where you go or what you do you can never truly get out of nursing it’s like the mafia you know too much shirt is the issue it’s how she feels about it. I am a manager of over 30 male employees and have contact with them most days via phone calls or messages. But it’s work and means nothing to mean nor my partner and we have a great understanding of that. We have trust in our relationship that we or he especially does not feel the need to look through my phone even with the nature of my work!! It’s all to do with your mind and how you see things. The assumption is the mother of all fuck ups as they say! Yes, they should be open! It’s a relationship! He is creating trust problems by hiding. What’s the big deal if he’s being honest. He shouldn’t get defensive and realize that she has questions in her mind.
